  • We earn commissions through affiliate partnerships when you purchase via our recommended links
  • We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly sell products unless explicitly stated

Your Relationship with Suppliers:
When you purchase through our partner links, you enter into a direct transaction with that supplier or marketplace. Their terms, warranties, and return policies apply to your purchase.

3. OUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

What We Do:

  • Curate and compare products from trusted suppliers
  • Provide sourcing guidance and market insights
  • Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers
  • Offer optional quality inspection services (premium tiers)
  • Assist with logistics coordination when requested

What We Don't Do:

  • We do not guarantee product quality, availability, or pricing from third-party suppliers
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays, customs issues, or supplier performance
  • We do not handle returns or refunds for purchases made on external platforms (those are managed by the respective marketplace)

4. AFFILIATE DISCLOSURE

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION & PRICING

For Affiliate Purchases:

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary by supplier, destination, and shipping method
  • International shipments may be subject to customs clearance delays

Returns & Refunds:

  • For purchases made through Amazon, Alibaba, or other marketplaces: Their return and refund policies apply
  • For direct sourcing services: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance with defective or incorrect items
  • Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for returns
  • Return shipping costs are typically the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective

8. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree NOT to:
